With the advice of Michelin-starred chef Gorka Txapartegi, our restaurant offers an honest and refined interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine, prepared slowly and with care, and with deep respect for Menorcan tradition.
Each dish is born of time and the land: vegetables, eggs, spices, olive oil and wine from our own estate, cooked over embers with patience. The menu, combining flavoursome starters, grilled meats and fish, rice dishes and artisanal desserts.
The setting — nature at every table. Located in the estate’s former harvest building, the interior dining room is warm and intimate; yet it is the terrace that embraces everything, with olive trees, vineyards and the sea on the horizon. A serene atmosphere where eating becomes an experience.
